SCHEDULED ITEMS 5.1 Art in Public Places Committee Ad Hoc Taskforce Discussion City of Santa Rosa Regular Meeting Agenda and Summary Report Page 3 of 4 Art in Public Places Committee - FINAL NOVEMBER 1, 2021 Staff will facilitate a discussion about the current ad hoc taskforces related to overlapping goals, tasks and deliverables. Recommended Action: Discussion 5.2 Youth Representative on Art in Public Places Committee Staff will provide an update on current efforts by the Office of Community Engagement for youth participation on city boards, commissions and committees, and facilitate a discussion about possible options for this committee. Recommended Action: Discussion 5.3 Project Updates Staff will present updates on current projects. Recommended Action: Information only 6.
