SCHEDULED ITEMS 5.1 City of Santa Rosa Equity Framework Socorro Shiels, the City’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Employment Officer will present a framework for equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging and share the equity work being done within the City organization. This presentation is the first of a series of presentations and workshops on this topic.
