SCHEDULED ITEMS 5.1 ArtSurround The Public Art Program is participating as an advocate and funder for the Creative Sonoma grant program, ArtSurround. Staff will present the projects located in Santa Rosa that are being supported by grants from the City of Santa Rosa, as well as present two projects proposed for City Hall, which are recommended for approval. Recommended Action: Information and Approval of projects proposed for City Hall. COMMITTEE MEMBER REPORTS 6.1 Ad Hoc Taskforce Reports & Discussion - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access - Community Engagement - Project Development 7. DEPARTMENT REPORTS This time is reserved for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest.
