SCHEDULED ITEMS 5.1 Community Mural at Dutch Flohr Park Artist Vijay Kareesan will present a proposal for a self-funded, community mural on privately owned fences that face Dutch Flohr Park in NW Santa Rosa. The property owners have provided permission and the Parks Department as approved the location for temporary artwork with no obligation to maintain the artwork. Recommended Action: Approval of Artwork design Attachments: Proposed Dutch Flohr Mural 5.2 Program & Project Updates Staff will present updates on current projects. Recommended Action: Information only. 6. COMMITTEE REPORTS 6.1 Ad Hoc Taskforce Reports & Discussion • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access • Community Engagement • Project Development. 7. DEPARTMENT REPORTS This time is reserved for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest. No action will be taken on these matters except to possibly place a particular City of Santa Rosa Regular Meeting Agenda and Summary Report Page 3 of 3 Art in Public Places Committee NOVEMBER 7, 2022 item on a future agenda for consideration. 8.
