Progress Report
BACKGROUND: The Board will provide additional input on the Plan
Update 2018 process including the community outreach component.
RECOMMENDATION: This item is for Board discussion. No action is
required.

6.2 REPORT - Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article III Revenues
and Projects proposed for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019/2020.
BACKGROUND: Staff may request TDA Article III funds to construct
Class II bike lanes on Santa Rosa Avenue between Sonoma Avenue
and Maple Avenue.

RECOMMENDATION: The Board, by motion, may support Staff’s
recommendation to allocate $577,408 of FY 2019/2020 TDA funds to
construct Class II bike lanes on Santa Rosa Avenue between Sonoma
Avenue and Maple Avenue.

6.3 REPORT - Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Update 2018 - Draft
First Phase Project List
BACKGROUND: The Board will consider advising the City Council to
approve the Plan Update 2018.
RECOMMENDATION: The Board, by motion, may recommend that the
City Council approve the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Update
2018.

Zero/Plan Update Talking Points
BACKGROUND: The Board may support the draft talking points for the

talking points developed by the Subcommittee.
