CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS This is the time when any person may address matters not listed on this agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is allowed three minutes. 3. NEW BUSINESS 3.1 UPDATE TO H2O PROGRAM Santa Rosa Water staff, Water Billing staff and CAP met to discuss possible changes to the program to provide additional assistance to Santa Rosa Water customers and will be updating the Budget Subcommittee on those changes. In addition, the Subcommittee will be updated on the on-going legislative process for low income assistance. 3.2 UPDATE ON CITY COUNCIL’S CLIMATE ACTION SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING Staff will briefly update the subcommittee on City Council’s Climate Action Subcommittee discussion on EverGreen and the possible implications to Santa Rosa Water’s budget and rates. 4.
