NEW BUSINESS 4.1 SONOMA CLEAN POWER UPDATE ON EVERGREEN AND VARIOUS OTHER PROGRAMS Sonoma Clean Power staff will present an update on the City’s transition to EverGreen in 2020 and provide information on other program offerings.
