1. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Meeting called to order at 6:02pm. Member Moore was late, arriving at 6:05pm.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
October 24, 2018 Regular Meeting Minutes.
A motion was made by Board Member Varela, seconded by Board Member
Querubin, to approve the October 24, 2018 meeting minutes; motion
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 9 - Chair Barnett, Board Member Adrain, Board Member Chaparro,
Board Member Cruz, Board Member Holmes, Board Member
Moore, Board Member Nazario, Board Member Querubin, and
Board Member Varela
Excused: 1 - Board Member Meza
Absent: 1 - Board Member Fleming
Abstain: 2 - Vice Chair Harper, and Board Member Narath

5. STAFF UPDATES
Staff reminded the CAB that the Council's Open Government Task Force
Implementation Subcommittee would meet on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 6pm
at the Roseland School District Community Room, located at 1777 West Avenue.
The focus of the meeting will be on Articles II and III of the draft Open Government
(Sunshine) Ordinance.
6. SCHEDULED ITEMS
6.1 SANTA ROSA NEIGHBORFEST PILOT PROGRAM OVERVIEW AND TABLE
TOP DEMONSTRATION
Daniel Homsey, from the City and County of San Francisco's Neighborhood
Empowerment Network, provided the CAB with an overview of the Neighborfest
Program and benefits of having such a program for local residents.
Neighborhoods selected for the Pilot Program in Santa Rosa were invited to
listen to the presentation and were given an opportunity to ask questions.
The Pilot Program will take place between April and August of 2019.

A motion was made by Board Member Holmes, seconded by Board
Member Nazario, to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by the
following vote:

TOP DEMONSTRATION
Community Engagement staff and Daniel Homsey from the City and
County of San Francisco, will provide the CAB with an overview of the
Neighborfest Program in San Francisco and the Santa Rosa Neighborfest
Pilot Program. In addition, Mr. Homsey will conduct a demonstration of the

"Map Your Resilientville" table top exercise implemented during
Neighborfest events.
