This is also the time when CAB Members may announce departure from the meeting early, or any other announcement that may affect the meeting. 5. STAFF UPDATES This time is reserved for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest. SCHEDULED ITEMS 6.1 PRESENTATION - MEASURE O UPDATE AND PUBLIC EDUCATION OUTREACH Attachments: MEASURE O PRESENTATION City staff will review public education outreach materials and garner feedback from the CAB for potential ballot measure for November 2022. 6.2 HOLIDAY MEETING SCHEDULE AND IN-PERSON MEETINGS City of Santa Rosa Regular Meeting Agenda and Summary Report Page 3 of 4 Community Advisory Board JUNE 22, 2022 The CAB will make decisions about when to hold their November and December meetings and when to move monthly meetings back to in-person. 6.3 NEXT STEPS FOR IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIC PLAN OBJECTIVES FOR 2022 CAB will determine next steps for how it will implement the objectives it prioritized in the April 2022 meeting. 2022 SELECTED OBJECTIVES. The CAB will discuss whether the board would like to move forward with obtaining email addresses. 6.5 ISSUES OF CONCERN TO CITY RESIDENTS This is a standing agenda item. CAB Members will report on issues of concern to community members within their CAB areas and the city as a whole. Community members may use public comment during this item to bring issues of concern to the CAB. 7. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS This schedule is tentative and subject to change pending final publication and posting of the Meeting Agenda.
