PUBLIC COMMENTS This is the time when any person may address matters not listed on this agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is allowed three minutes. 4. NEW BUSINESS 4.1 TEMPORARY SEWER FLOW MONITORING, SEWER INSPECTION AND CONDITION ASSESSMENT, SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM MASTER PLAN UPDATE, AND ONGOING SEWER SYSTEM MODELING This project will provide the necessary data collection, hydraulic model development, and CIP project prioritization for preparation of the 2020 Sewer Master Plan Update. In addition, sewer inspection and condition assessment of large diameter sewer pipes will support fulfillment of the City’s Settlement Agreement with California River Watch which outlines required timeframes for inspection of the City’s sewer system.
