NEW BUSINESS 3.1 PROPOSED PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES WITH BOLD, POLISNER, MADDOW, NELSON, & JUDSON The proposed professional services agreement provides legal services, guidance and advice to the Water Department. Due to a vacancy of an Assistant City Attorney position, effective October 9, 2020, the City Attorney’s office is initiating a recruitment to fill this position. It is anticipated the recruitment will take 6 months. This proposed professional services agreement will provide attorney assistance to the Water Department and coordination with the City Attorney’s Office while the recruitment is occurring.
