CONSENT ITEMS 10.1 RESOLUTION - APPROVAL TO SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT FOR THE LOCAL HOUSING TRUST FUND PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE THE STANDARD AGREEMENT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Department of Housing and Community Services, that the Housing Authority, by resolution, approve the submittal of a grant application to the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development’s Local Housing Trust Fund Program for a grant of $1,000,000, and authorize execution of the necessary Program documents and Standard Agreement for the program.
