STUDY SESSION 4.1 REVIEW OF HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN DRAFT The purpose of this study session is to review proposed changes to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan required under the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA). The HOTMA implementing regulations were published on September 29, 2023 and updated on February 2, 2024. Staff will receive feedback from the Housing Authority Commissioners regarding the final draft which will be reviewed at a Public Hearing on March 25, 2024.
