Each speaker is allowed three minutes. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES November 17, 2016 Special Meeting 4. SCHEDULED ITEMS 4.1 – REVIEW OF PENSIONS AND PENSION RATES STABILIZATION PROGRAM – Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner will present information and initiate discussion regarding City pensions and rate stabilization programs. 4.2 – REVIEW OF INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT - Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner will present information and initiate discussion regarding Internal Audit Unit. 4.3 – REVIEW OF EXTERNAL AUDITS - Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner will present information and initiate discussion regarding External Audits. 4.4 – NEXT STEPS – The committee will discuss next steps for the committee. 5.
