Each speaker is allowed three minutes. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes from February 16, 2017 Special Meeting. 4. SCHEDULED ITEMS 4.1 – AUDIT FOLLOW-UP - Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner will initiate discussion regarding any follow-up questions related to previously presented audit information. 4.2 – RESERVE ANALYSIS AND POLICY - Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner and Deputy Director of Finance Alan Alton will present information and initiate discussion regarding the Reserve Policy. 4.3 – REVIEW OF PENSION RATES STABILIZATION PROGRAM (Time Permitting) – Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner will present information and initiate discussion regarding City pensions and rate stabilization programs. 5.
