Each speaker is allowed three minutes. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Regular Meeting Minutes - March 9, 2017 4. SCHEDULED ITEMS 4.1 - AUDIT FOLLOW-UP AND AUDIT PROCEDURE - Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner will initiate discussion regarding any follow-up questions related to previously presented audit information and procedure for future audit process. 4.2 - AUDIT PRESENTATION - Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner will present Single Audit Report. 4.3 - BANK SERVICES DISCUSSION - Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner will initiate discussion regarding current and future bank services. 4.4 - RESERVE ANALYSIS AND POLICY - Chief Financial Officer Deborah Lauchner and Deputy Director of Finance Alan Alton will present information and initiate discussion regarding the Reserve Policy. 5.
