1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Coursey at 4:07 pm.
Present: 3 - Chris Coursey, Chris Rogers and John Sawyer
Also Present: City Manager Sean McGlynn and Deputy Director of Finance Alan
Alton.

A motion was made by Rogers, seconded by Sawyer, to approve as
submitted. The motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 3 - Coursey, Rogers and Sawyer
4. SCHEDULED ITEMS
4.1 - UPDATE ON REVENUE MEASURES - Deputy Director of
Finance Alan Alton provided updates regarding Revenue Options
that will be going to City Council on July 24, 2018.
4.2 - REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX (RPTT) - Deputy
Director of Finance Alan Alton initiated discussion regarding RPTT.
4.2 Public Comment(s) - Hugh Futrell addressed the committee and
asked that they refer to the e-mail memo submitted in June which
outlined a draft policy increasing RPTT percentages over time to
affordable housing development.
