CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order by Mayor Schwedhelm at 2:33 pm. Present: 3 - Tom Schwedhelm, John Sawyer and Victoria Fleming Also Present: City Manager Sean McGlynn, Acting Chief Financial Officer Alan Alton. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS No public comment received. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Special Meeting Minutes- January 16, 2020 Attachments: Special Meeting Minutes January 16, 2020 Approved as submitted. Yes: 2 - Schwedhelm and Fleming Abstain: 1 - Sawyer 4. SCHEDULED ITEMS 4.1 - IMPACTS FROM THE COVID-19 ON LOCAL REVENUES Interim Chief Financial Officer Alan Alton initiated discussion regarding the City's long-term financial forecast, and specifically the impacts from the COVID-19 on local revenues.
