The meeting was called to order by Mayor Schwedhelm at 2:33
pm.

AND N-29-20 WHICH SUSPEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS OF THE BROWN ACT,
AND THE ORDER OF THE HEALTH OFFICER OF THE COUNTY OF SONOMA TO
SHELTER IN PLACE TO MINIMIZE THE SPREAD OF COVID-19, THE BOARD
MEMBERS WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY TELECONFERENCE INTO LONG TERM
FINANCIAL POLICY AND AUDIT SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING FOR APRIL 22, 2020.
