1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Schwedhelm at 4:02 pm.
Present: 2 - Tom Schwedhelm and Chris Rogers
Absent: 1 - John Sawyer
Also Present: City Manager Sean McGlynn, Acting Chief Financial Officer Alan
Alton, Assistant City Manager Jason Nutt and Budget and Financial Analysis
Manager Shelley Reilly.

4.1 SALES TAX MEASURE
Interim Chief Financial Officer Alan Alton gave a brief update on the Sales Tax
Measure.
4.2 - PG&E SETTLEMENT
Staff initiated a discussion on the PG&E settlement.
Public Comments:
Pat Kuta urges the city to partner with the Sonoma County
Library.
Roseland resident states the need of support for library
services.
Lawna recommends we make Roseland Library permanent.
