1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
This meeting was called to order by Mayor Rogers at 4:03 pm.
Present: 3 - Chris Rogers, John Sawyer and Tom Schwedhelm
Also Present: City Manager Sean McGlynn, Chief Financial Officer Jan Mazyck,
and Deputy Director Alan Alton.

Chief Financial Officer Jan Mazyck presented the City’s budget strategy
for the short and medium-term period.

SPECIAL SALES TAX MEASURE RENEWAL
Deputy Director Alan Alton outlined the timeline leading up to the sunset
of the special tax and discuss potential budget impacts.

RESERVE POLICY
Staff had a discussion on the need for changes to the City’s General
Fund reserve policy.
