Attachments: Presentation (Uploaded 4-6-21) 4.3 LONG-TERM FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION - PUBLIC SAFETY SPECIAL SALES TAX MEASURE RENEWAL Deputy Director Alan Alton will outline the timeline leading up to the sunset of the special tax and discuss potential budget impacts. 4.4 LONG-TERM FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION - GENERAL FUND RESERVE POLICY Staff will lead a discussion on the need for changes to the City’s General Fund reserve policy. 5.
