CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rogers at 4:03pm. Present: 3 - Chris Rogers, John Sawyer and Tom Schwedhelm Also Present: Chief Financial Officer Jan Mazyck and Deputy Director Alan Alton. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Regular Meeting Minutes- April 8, 2021 Approved as submitted. SCHEDULED ITEMS 4.1 OVERVIEW OF FINANCING OPTIONS FOR INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES Chris Lynch, attorney with Jones Hall, the City’s bond counsel, presented an overview of options for financing infrastructure projects and for financing services. Received and filed 4.2 UPDATE - FINANCIAL POLICIES Chief Financial Officer Jan Mazyck provided the Subcommittee with an update on the development of Financial Policies, the order and timeline in which policies will be presented to the Subcommittee for review. Received and filed 4.3 BALLOT MEASURE TIMELINE Staff provided the Subcommittee a summary of a typical timeline for City of Santa Rosa Regular Meeting Minutes Page 2 of 2 Long Term Financial Policy and Regular Meeting Minutes - Draft May 13, 2021 Audit Subcommittee placing an item on the ballot, including key milestone dates Received and filed 4.
