CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rogers at 4:05 pm. Present: 3 - Chris Rogers, John Sawyer and Tom Schwedhelm Also Present: Interim Assistant City Manager Clare Hartman, City Attorney Sue Gallagher, Chief Financial Officer Jan Mazyck, Finance Deputy Director Alan Alton, and Interim Director of Housing and Community Services, Megan Basinger. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Regular Meeting Minutes - June 10, 2021. Approved as submitted. 4. SCHEDULED ITEMS 4.1 Renewal Enterprise District (RED) Housing Fund Assistant City Manager Claire Hartman, lead the discussion of the City’s Term Sheet related to the $10M Loan Investment of one-time PG&E Settlement Funds into the RED Housing Fund which will be used to support infill transit-oriented market rate and affordable housing projects.
