The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rogers at 4:02pm.
Present: 3 - Chris Rogers, John Sawyer and Tom Schwedhelm
Also present: Acting Chief Financial Officer Alan Alton, Interim City Manager Jeff
Kolin, City Attorney Sue Gallagher.
