Chair Cisco called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present 6 - Chair Patti Cisco, Vice Chair Karen Weeks, Commissioner Charles
Carter, Commissioner Vicki Duggan, Commissioner Jeff Okrepkie,
and Commissioner Julian Peterson
Absent 1 - Commissioner Akash Kalia

Approved as submitted (Initially approved as corrected- However,
support staff verified item 10.2 had no public speakers).

10.1* PUBLIC HEARING - SOUTH SANTA ROSA AT&T
(TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY) - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT -
440 HEARN AVE - CUP18-158
BACKGROUND: This application is to remove existing
Telecommunications Facility (mono-pole) and replace it with a new
Telecommunications Facility that is 65-foot tall and designed to
resemble a tree.

Chair Cisco opened the Public Hearing at 4:21
ChoQosh Monroy spoke in opposition to the project.
Alex Crone spoke in opposition to the project.
Orlene Curla spoke in opposition to the project.
Jennifer Laporta spoke in opposition to the project.
Tom Laporta spoke in opposition to the project.
Chair Cisco closed the Public Hearing at 4:37 p.m.
An applicant representative addressed the Public Hearing concerns
and inquiries.
Staff responded to Commissioner inquiries.
A motion was made by Commissioner Duggan, seconded by Vice Chair
Weeks, to waive reading of the text and adopt:

The motion carried by the following vote:

Chair Cisco adjourned the meeting at 4:57 p.m. to the next regularly
