Chair Cisco called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

BACKGROUND: Conditional Use Permit application for Santa Rosa
NKM, proposing a cannabis microbusiness with adult and medicinal use
retail dispensary, retail delivery, cultivation, non-volatile manufacturing
in a 3,712-square-foot portion of an existing 9,280-square-foot industrial
building.
Presented by Kristinae Toomians, Senior Planner.
Ex Parte Disclosures: None.
Staff and applicant representatives presented and responded to
Commissioner inquiries.
Chair Cisco opened and closed the Public Hearing at 4:28 p.m.
Staff and the applicant representative clarified the hours of operation
and responded to additional inquiries.
A motion was made by Commissioner Duggan, seconded by Vice Chair
Weeks, to waive reading of the text and adopt as amended:
RESOLUTION NO. 11971 ENTITLED: RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR SANTA ROSA NKM TO OPERATE A CANNABIS
MICROBUSINESS WITH ADULT AND MEDICINAL USE RETAIL
(DISPENSARY), DELIVERY, CULTIVATION, NON-VOLATILE
MANUFACTURING, AND DISTRIBUTION WITHIN 3,712-SQUARE-FOOT
PORTION OF AN EXISTING 9,280- SQUARE-FOOT BUILDING, LOCATED AT
468 YOLANDA AVENUE, SUITES 304 AND 305; ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NO.
044-091-066; FILE NO. CUP18-062.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 5 - Chair Cisco, Vice Chair Weeks, Commissioner Carter,
Commissioner Duggan and Commissioner Peterson
