COMMISSION BUSINESS 5.1 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The Planning Commission is charged with carrying out the California Planning and Zoning Laws in the City of Santa Rosa. REPORT ITEMS 10.1 REPORT - 2024 GENERAL PLAN, INCLUSIONARY HOUSING & GROWTH MANAGEMENT ANNUAL REVIEW REPORT BACKGROUND - The General Plan Annual Review Report will provide an overview of progress made in 2024 toward achieving General Plan goals, policies, and implementation measures. The report includes an update on the City’s Inclusionary Housing and Growth Management Ordinance.
