1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chair Rivero called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.
Present 5 - Board Member Todd Anderson, Alternate Board Member Charlene
Lennon, Board Member Tony Pace, Board Member Donna Renteria,
and Chair Rafael Rivero
Absent 2 - Board Member Peter Rumble, and Alternate Board Member Tara

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
3.1 Approval of Minutes: July 28, 2022
A motion was made by Board Member Renteria, seconded by Board
Member Pace, that this SRTBIA Advisory Board agenda item be approved
as submitted. The motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 4 - Alternate Board Member Lennon, Board Member Pace, Board
Member Renteria and Chair Rivero
Absent: 3 - Board Member Anderson, Board Member Rumble and Alternate
Board Member Thompson

This SRTBIA Advisory Board agenda Item was continued to a date certain
of September 26, 2022.
