PRELIMINARY BUDGET REVIEW Kimberly Zunino, Deputy Director of Utilities Administration, provided an update to the TAC regarding the perliminary budget review for fiscal year 2018-19, 2017/18 contribution recap, upcoming permit renewal, compliance reporting, regional budget review timeline, key issues regarding operating budget deficit, CIP funding overview, long term goals and needs for water infrastructure, land purchase of bio-solids property, and the long term financial plan and upcoming rate study. 4.1.1. 2017/18 CONTRIBUTION RECAP 4.1.2.
