SCHEDULED ITEMS 4.1 HAMPTON INN & SUITES - The site is located adjacent to north fork of Piner Creek - It is recommended by the Planning and Economic Development Department that the Waterways Advisory Committee provide comments on the proposed Hampton Inn & Suites project, a proposal to construct a 100-room hotel located at Assessor’s Parcel No. 058-011-018, as it relates to the Citywide Creek Master Plan, applicable General Plan goals and policies, and Design Guidelines for development near waterways.
