3.1 REQUEST FOR AGENDA ITEM TO DISCUSS PRINCE MEMORIAL
GREENWAY
BACKGROUND: On November 21, 2019 Chair Rabinowitsh motioned
to add a future agenda item to discuss possible developments and
improvements to increase community use of the Prince Memorial
Greenway. Scope of item may include: observations from walking tour,
possible future developments or uses for the Sears Auto Center site,
connectivity to the Greenway in attempt to increase access both public
and private, and improvements and maintenance which may include;
possible establishment of a district for the Greenway in the Recreation
and Parks Department, improvement of plaza area near the hotel and
the grape arbor area just east of the hotel, and possible awards for
businesses, organizations, and community members who help improve
properties along creeks. Vice Chair Deicke seconded the request.

6.1 CANINE COMPANIONS FENCE
BACKGROUND: Project applications include Minor Design Review and
Minor Conditional Use Permit to allow 1,700 linear feet of 6-foot high
chain link fencing with three strands of barbed wire for a dog training
