1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Vice Chair Deicke called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m.
Present 5 - Vice Chair Arthur Deicke, Committee Member Victoria Liptak,

6.1 CERTIFICATE OF MODIFICATION REQUEST FOR 4301 & 4500
FISTOR DRIVE
BACKGROUND: Proposal to modify the side setback for Lots 1 and 45
of the Fistor Subdivision Final Map, recorded on September 15, 1975,
by aligning the building setback line with the Scenic Road Combining
District setback for Brush Creek Road. This item is exempt from the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

This is the time when any person may address matters not listed on this
agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction. The public
may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is
allowed three minutes.
4. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
4.1 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The role of the Waterways Advisory Committee is to review development
projects, both public and private, that are located adjacent to creeks and

waterways for consistency with the goals, policies and regulations for
creekside development identified in the Santa Rosa General Plan, Zoning
Code, Design Guidelines and Citywide Creek Master Plan. While the
Committee does not take formal action on projects, it does provide
advisory comments to the decision-making body. All development projects
located adjacent to a creek or waterway are required to be reviewed by
the WAC prior to proceeding through the entitlement process.

No action will be taken on these matters except to possibly place a particular
