The building exterior will also be painted to be compatible with Scandinavian Designs branded color scheme, a complimentary white wall with black trim, parapet cap, aluminum storefront and metal details. Project Planner: Ross. 8 DESIGN REVIEW MINOR - SANTA ROSA SOUTHSIDE SHOPPING CENTER EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS - 2739 SANTA ROSA AVE, SANTA ROSA, CA 95407 - FILE NUMBER(S): DR19-081 BACKGROUND: Exterior façade renovation of an existing one-story building introducing a cleaner, more contemporary architectural style similar in context to the recently completed adjacent pad building on the project. The building is being subdivided to accommodate a second tenant and a new storefront for that tenant added. Additionally, a drive-thru pickup window is being relocated and a second one deleted. There is a minor adjustment to the drive-thru lane and an outdoor seating and dining area added just north of the building. Landscaping around the building will be updated.
