BACKGROUND: New 9,282 square-foot industrial building on vacant
28,215 square-foot lot located at 3300 Industrial Drive. The new
building is on the corner of Industrial Drive and Center Drive. The
project includes new landscaping, right-of-way improvements, and
onsite improvements for the proposed building as well as
right-of-way improvements and parking for the vacant parcel abutting
the north property line, which will accommodate a future building.
