3.4 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND DESIGN REVIEW - 520 DOYLE
PARK DR
BACKGROUND: Proposal to develop Santa Rosa Memorial Hospice
House, a one-story, ± 8,800 square foot, licensed and credentialed,
residential hospice house on a 4-parcel site totaling 0.55 acres. The
Hospice House would provide 12 private, home-like rooms, each
with a private outdoor patio, for patients and families. Shared
