3.1 MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 3530 Shallow Creek Dr
BACKGROUND: Minor Conditional Use permit for home occupation
to provide swimming classes for children 6 months to 6 years old.
Classes will start late April through early October. Monday through
Friday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Each session will be
for 30-60 minutes per day (spread throughout the day) for a total of
3-6 students per day. Students will be staggered by 30-60 minutes.

3.2 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 1018 Santa Rosa Plaza
BACKGROUND: Re-tenanting of prior Two Tread Brewing Company
with a new Brewery - Brewpub use (3 Disciples). There will be no
expansion of previously existing use and no exterior changes are
being proposed. Use includes sales of beer and limited quantities of
hard cider, as well as on-site tasting/dining services. File No. 21-015
