SCHEDULED ITEMS 3.1 MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 3530 Shallow Creek Dr BACKGROUND: Minor Conditional Use permit for home occupation to provide swimming classes for children 6 months to 6 years old. Classes will start late April through early October. Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Each session will be for 30-60 minutes per day (spread throughout the day) for a total of 3-6 students per day.
