A determination or decision by the Zoning Administrator may be appealed to the Design Review Board, Cultural Heritage Board, Planning Commission, or City Council as applicable to the decision. 3.2 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR REPORTS 4. CONSENT ITEM(S) 4.1 ZONING CODE INTERPRETATION 22-001 - ZONING CODE SECTION 20-48.040(C)(5), APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS AND SECTION 20-48.040(I), APPEALS. This Zoning Code Interpretation clarifies that the permit review authority for the ministerial Short-Term Rental Permit is the Planning and Economic Director (Director) and that the appeals review authority for Director determinations on Short-Term Rental Permits is the Planning Commission. The Le Elen Residential Care Facility employs four people staffing the facility twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. Two staff people will live on site.
