SCHEDULED ITEM(S) 5.1 PUBLIC MEETING - DUTCH BROTHERS SIGN VARIANCE, CEQA EXEMPT PROJECT -SIGN VARIANCE - 919 HOPPER AVENUE - SI23-005 BACKGROUND: Applicant is proposing a Sign Variance to add three wall signs and two menu boards to the existing Dutch Bros Coffee to mitigate the existing signage that is mostly blocked by the trees surrounding the site.
