DR23-042 BACKGROUND: Request for Minor Design Review to evaluate the design of eight (8) new single-family attached dwellings (townhomes). The Final Map for the Montecito Boulevard Townhomes was recorded on November 7, 2023, after approval by the Planning Commission. The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The time limit will extend to the following business day where the last day falls on a day that the City is not open for business.
