HIGHWAY Agenda May 12, 2022 Town of Harrietstown Board Meeting AIRPORT: -3 Bid approvals: This is just approving the actual bid from each of the low bidders (no paperwork). The 3 low bids are: • SRE project (snowblower): SRM Kodiak $652,450 • Taxiway B project: Luck Bros Inc. $778,160 (This includes $1,200 that is not FAA eligible for OCP insurance) • East Ramp project: Luck Bros Inc. $862,997 (This includes $1,200 that is not FAA eligible for OCP insurance) -3 letters Requesting FAA award concurrence – These are letters for each project that need to go on town letterhead to request FAA concurrence with low bidders. These need to be signed by Jordanna (when/if approved). -2 Fee negotiation letters – Based on the IFE’s (Independent Fee Estimates) tese are letters for just the East ramp project and Taxiway B project that need to go on town letterhead. These need to be signed by Jordanna (when/if approved). -3 Grant applications – This is the actual grant application for each project. Page 3 of the application needs to be printed and signed by Jordanna (when/if approved).
