The current area was re carpeted approximately 10 years ago. There are worn in stains that come back shortly after cleaning. I’m requesting to replace the carpet with commercial hard floor. See attached quote ($6,543) for details. Please note that levelling of the floor will be an additional expense that cannot be determined until the carpet is removed. This is planned for under AP5630.411 terminal repairs. -Request approval of scope of work and draft agreement with Passero for work on town hangar (see attached schedule A). Note the attached scope does not include design/construction inspection of $6,200 for structural repairs. -Attached is the dispensation form for the runway contractor (Kubricky). This allows them to work OT if necessary to get the job done. It doesn’t change any costs to us. -Summary report (see attached).
