Minutes of the Agenda for the December 29th, 2022 Town of Harrietstown Board Meeting TOWN OF HARRIETSTOWN TOWN BOARD AGENDA DATE: DECEMBER 29th, 2022 PLEDGE TO THE FLAG ROLL CALL Supervisor Mallach Present Councilwoman Schrader Present Councilwoman Milne Present Councilman Williams Present MINUTES APPROVAL Review and acceptance of the minutes from the meeting held on December 8th, 2022. ~A motion was made by John Williams to accept the minutes of the meeting held on December 8th, 2022 as presented to the board, seconded by Ashley Milne (m/s/p) WARRANT #24 OF 2022: GENERAL FUND $52,389.63 AIRPORT FUND $ 121,924.62 GENERAL FUND OUTSIDE $4,211.49 HIGHWAY FUND OUTSIDE $ 42,427.65 TRUST AND AGENCY $ 19,702.63 WATER AND SEWER $ 900.00 CAPITOL PROJECTS $ 3,368.17 ~A motion was made by Ashley Milne to approve payments of the vouchers of Warrant #24 of 2022, seconded by Tracey Schrader (m/s/p) PUBLIC COMMENT: UPDATES FROM THE SUPERVISOR: ~Town Council Member A motion was made by Ashley Milne to have members of the public who are interested in filling the vacancy on the town board created when Howard Riley resigned, Minutes of the Agenda for the December 29th, 2022 Town of Harrietstown Board Meeting send letter to Supervisor Mallach no later than January 12th, 2023, seconded by John Williams (m/s/p) ~Organizational Meeting ~Snowmobile A motion was made by Tracey Schrader to declare the 1998 SKIDOO snowmobile as surplus and give it to the Village of Saranac Lake, seconded by Ashley Milne (m/s/p) ~Insurance Policy HIGHWAY: ~Work Report AIRPORT: -Retainage reduction request from Kubricky (see attached description/figures) A motion was made by Tracey Schrader to reduce the retainage rate per a request from Kubricky to 2% instead of 5%, seconded by John Williams (m/s/p) -NYSDOT Agreement -Resolution for #17 Terminal Revitalization COMMITEES Personnel: Jordanna Safety: Jordanna Building Town Hall & Cemetery: Tracey HR: Jordanna Special Districts Water & Sewer: Tracey Lake Owner Assoc: Tracey, John Parks/Recreation/Youth: John, Ashley Tourism: Howard, Ashley Business Park: John, Ashley Code/Zoning: Howard Assessing: Jordanna Housing Authority: Howard Audit: Jordanna Fire/Rescue: Jordanna Negotiations (Union): Howard, Jordanna COMMENTS FROM BOARD MEMBERS: ADJOURN: With no further business before the board a motion was made by Jordanna Mallach to adjourn the meeting at 2:15pm, seconded by Ashley Milne (m/s/p)
