February 6th 2025 Special Board Meeting Minutes for the Town of Harrietstown TOWN OF HARRIETSTOWN SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES DATE: FEBUARY 6, 2025 Supervisor Mallach called the meeting to order at 9:07am. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG ROLL CALL: Supervisor Mallach Present Councilwoman Schrader Present Councilwoman Milne Present Councilman Williams Excused Councilman Evans Absent HIGHWAY: Highway superintendent Dan Martin is requesting permission to purchase a new sander from Taylor Rental in the amount of $9,999.00. A motion was made by Tracey Schrader to approve the purchase and installation of a new sander for the highway department, the purchase will be made out of the highway contingency budget line, seconded by Ashley Milne (m/s/p) ADJOURN: With no further business before the board a motion was made by Ashlye Milne to adjourn at 9:12am, seconded by Tracey Schrader (m/s/p)
