Towne, Accounts ABSENT: Commissioner Thomas Curley, DPS STAFF PRESENT: Matthew Dorsey, City Attorney CALL TO ORDER Mayor Michael Lenz called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Michael Lenz moved and Commissioner Stephen Towne seconded to adjourn to executive session at 9:00 a.m. to discuss land acquisition and a personnel matter. Ayes all. Council members reconvened at 9:45 a.m. Mayor Michael Lenz reported that no action was taken. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Michael Lenz moved and Commissioner Matthew McCabe seconded to adjourn the meeting at 9:45 a.m. Ayes all.
