Towne, Accounts ABSENT: Commissioner Thomas McTygue, DPW Phil Klein, Supervisor Anthony Scirocco, Supervisor STAFF PRESENT: Matthew Dorsey, City Attorney Christine Gillmett-Brown, Director, Finance CALL TO ORDER Mayor Michael Lenz called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Michael Lenz moved and Commissioner Matthew McCabe seconded to adjourn to executive session at 8:35 a.m. for the purpose of land acquisition. Council members returned at 9:30 a.m. Behan Planning Associates Mayor Michael Lenz moved and Commissioner Stephen Towne seconded to approve Behan Planning Associates subcontracting with CA Smith Associates to perform a Phase 1 environmental review of the water front property at a cost not to exceed $2,500. Ayes all. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Michael Lenz moved and Commissioner Matthew McCabe seconded to adjourn the meeting at 9:35 a.m. Ayes all.
