FINANCE DEPARTMENT Transfers Payroll Commissioner Matthew McCabe moved and Commissioner Stephen Towne seconded to approve the payroll transfers as presented (Attachment A). Ayes all. Transfers Social Security Commissioner Matthew McCabe moved and Commissioner Stephen Towne seconded to approve the social security transfers as presented (Attachment B). Ayes all.
