CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Valerie Keehn called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
No one spoke.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Valerie Keehn moved and Commissioner Ron Kim seconded to adjourn to
executive session at 5:00 p.m. to discuss pending litigation and labor attorneys. Ayes
all.
Council members returned at 6:10 p.m.
MAYOR=S DEPARTMENT
Nothing.
ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
Discussion & Vote - Authorization for Mayor to sign contract with legal counsel for Article 7
matters
Commissioner John Franck said he would bring this item to the next Council meeting.

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Labor Attorney
Commissioner Thomas McTygue said this discussion reaffirms the previous vote taken on
January 11, 2005, whereby the Council engaged the law firm of Poklemba and Hobbs to
continue to represent the City in the matter of Older vs. City in the amount of $2,500. Tony
Izzo will contact the firm of Poklemba and Hobbs on this matter.
Easement with National Grid (Niagara Mohawk)
Commissioner Thomas McTygue moved and Commissioner Ron Kim seconded to
authorize the Mayor to sign the easement documents with National Grid for the
easement through the parking lot behind the City Center to the Mouzon House (David
Pednottti). There is no cost to the City and little disruption of services. Ayes all.

Mayor Valerie Keehn moved and Commissioner Ron Kim seconded to adjourn the meeting at
6:15 p.m. Ayes all. There being no further business, Mayor Valerie Keehn adjourned the
meeting at 6:15 p.m.
