CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Valerie Keehn called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Mayor Valerie Keehn opened the public comment period. There being no one wishing to speak, Mayor Valerie
Keehn closed the public comment period.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Budget Transfers
Commissioner Matthew McCabe moved and Mayor Valerie Keehn seconded to approve the budget
transfers as distributed. They have all met the transfer guidelines and the availability of funds is certified
(Attachment A). Ayes all.
Budget Amendments
Commissioner Matthew McCabe moved and Commissioner Ron Kim seconded to approve the budget
amendments as distributed. They have all met the amendment guidelines and the availability of funds is
certified (Attachment B). Ayes all.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Use of Employee Sick Bank
City of Saratoga Springs City Council Meeting
Thursday, December 28, 2007
Commissioner Thomas McTygue moved and Commissioner Ron Kim seconded to allow the use of the
DPW employee sick bank in the amount of 6 1/2 days for a DPW employee. Ayes all.

Commissioner Ron Kim thanked his outgoing Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety, Frank Dudla. He said he
had done a commendable job under difficult circumstances. He also welcomed incoming Deputy
Commissioner Eileen Finneran.
