CALL TO ORDER Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. Mayor Johnson announced the City Council meeting has been cancelled for today. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Johnson moved and Commissioner Ivins seconded to adjourn the meeting.
