Discussion and Vote: Authorization for the Mayor to Sign Change Order #1 with August Bohl for the
Woodlawn Avenue Water Main Project
Tim Wales, city engineer, advised this change order is for the recent work done and to close out the
project.
Discussion and Vote: Authorization for the Mayor to Sign Addendum #2 with Creighton Manning
Engineering for the Woodlawn Avenue Water Main Project
Tim Wales advised this addendum is for the addition inspection services the engineer provided.
Discussion and Vote: Authorization for the Mayor to Sign Agreement with BPI Mechanical for the
Saratoga Arts Council Air Conditioning & Ventilation Project

Commissioner Scirocco advised he is adding one item to his agenda: Discussion: Routine Water Testing
Results.
Commissioner Scirocco advised during recent routine water testing, elevated levels of lead were found in
the water of 7 homes in the City. They are working with the Department of Health on remediation.
Brett Johnson of the water treatment plant advised they have increased monitoring to 2 times per year.
They are finding this issue is more of a homeowner lack of water usage issue. One homeowner was not
living in the house for several months.
PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT
Discussion and Vote: Accept Donation from NYRA
Commissioner Mathiesen advised NYRA donated $16,000 to help with traffic control costs.
Discussion: Appreciation Letter from Canadian Pacific Railway Police Service
