Marilyn Rivers, director of risk and safety, advised this is an extension of the agreement for an additional
year for the trailer at the DPW garage. This will be paid for by the City’s insurance.

Police Department Lake Avenue Doors
Marilyn Rivers advised the bricks at the entry way need to be replaced and a light fixture needs to be
installed.

Commissioner Madigan advised they recognize communities that have taken steps to foster growth of
solar markets and those who have updated solar ordinances. We are working with SolSmart to see if we
can become a bronze, silver, or gold designee.

discuss proposed acquisition, sale, or lease of real property when publicity would substantially
affect the value thereof at 9:52 a.m.; there are 2 items that fall under that topic.
